Yes, SDW always accept walk-in clients. To ensure that you receive prompt service and reduced wait time appointments are recommended. A walk-in fee is required during the last hour of service.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, we will provide a full refund of your deposit. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, there will be no refund.

The VIP service includes express service, direct access to the stylist of your choice, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
